Hearing from Stakeholders
The Planning Task Force split into teams that were cross-campus collaborations of faculty and staff. Each team conducted multiple meetings with various stakeholder groups across campus and beyond. Using the meeting designs and strategic questions developed at the Kickoff, they collected input from over 1,200 stakeholders that would shape the strategic plan.
