Process Overview

The UC Santa Cruz Strategic Academic Planning process formally launched on November 9, 2017. Entangled Solutions – a Bay Area based strategic planning consultancy with extensive experience in the higher education arena – kicked off the first phase in collaboration with campus leadership.

Between November 2017 and June 2018, the planning process will go through three phases, and ultimately end with the delivery of an actionable strategic plan and handbook.
